Relationships naturally move through different seasons. Busy schedules, stress, parenting, work and change can create distance, even when the love is still there. This retreat offers a calm and structured space to slow down and turn towards one another again.

Couples Somatic Therapy sessions with Nas, form the heart of the week. These are held gently and practically, offering space to talk, listen and understand each other more clearly. Alongside this, you’ll share partner yoga led by Mohit to, breathwork and simple practices that support connection not just emotionally, but physically too.

Evenings are slower with candlelit yin, meditation, music and time to simply sit together without distraction.

This isn’t about dramatic breakthroughs or fixing everything at once. It’s about steady reconnection β€” creating space for honesty, warmth and perspective, and finding your way back to feeling close and open with one another.

With a maximum of six couples, the atmosphere remains personal, contained and supportive.

The Therapeutic Approach

At the heart of this retreat are couples therapy sessions with Nas, a UK BACP registered counsellor and somatic therapist.

Somatic therapy works with both conversation and the body. Rather than staying only in the story of what’s happened, we gently explore how experiences live in the body, in patterns of tension, withdrawal, reactivity or silence. When couples begin to notice these patterns with awareness rather than blame, something softens.

Sessions are practical and grounded. You’ll be supported to slow conversations down, listen differently and recognise what sits beneath familiar arguments or misunderstandings. The aim isn’t to focus on who is right or wrong, but to build safety, clarity and a shared understanding of what’s happening beneath the surface.

Alongside this, daily yoga with Mohit brings another layer of connection.

Yoga becomes more than movement. Through breath, alignment and steady guidance, you begin to regulate your nervous system together. Partner yoga encourages trust, attunement and non-verbal communication, qualities that naturally support intimacy and emotional connection.

Mohit’s teaching is rooted in traditional practice, yet delivered in a way that is accessible and steady. His presence helps ground the work of the therapy sessions, allowing insights to settle into the body rather than remain purely intellectual.

Together, therapy and yoga create a balanced rhythm, reflection and embodiment, conversation and practice, understanding and integration.
