Healing begins when mind and body come back into relationship. In this session, we’ll explore gentle techniques to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and restore inner balance. -
Session 3 ~ Acceptance
Monday 2nd June - 7-8pm
Explore what it means to welcome all parts of yourself, even the ones that feel hard to face. We’ll look at how self-acceptance, held with compassion, creates space for healing, growth, and evolution.
