Through somatic practices, guided group sessions and daily yoga, the week supports both reflection and embodiment. The work is practical and accessible, not about performance or bravado, but about building awareness, resilience and clarity from the inside out.

There is space for movement, breathwork, conversation and time outdoors. Evenings are quieter, meditation, sound and informal discussion.

The Approach

This retreat blends somatic work and traditional yoga within a simple, grounded structure.

Somatic sessions focus on awareness of the body and nervous system, noticing patterns of tension, reaction or withdrawal, and developing greater steadiness and regulation. The work is conversational but embodied, offering practical tools that can be carried into daily life.

Yoga supports this process physically and mentally. Through breath, alignment and consistent practice, the body begins to feel more stable and present. Movement becomes a way of building focus and strength without aggression.

Group conversations are guided with care and confidentiality. There is no pressure to share beyond what feels appropriate. Listening is valued as much as speaking.

Together, movement, breath and reflection create a balanced rhythm across the week.
