Angie will guide you through yoga and breathwork, offering a grounded approach that meets you exactly where you are. Her teaching is nurturing and empowering, with variations and options always available, making every practice feel safe, spacious, and deeply restorative.
Nas will lead you through somatic practices and meditation, helping you build awareness, presence, and nervous system resilience. With a focus on tuning in rather than pushing through, her sessions invite you to notice, soften, and strengthen from within.
Nas & Angie invite you to gently explore the connection between your body and mind and to notice how you respond to the events and pressures of daily life. You will be guided throughout the day, practicing yoga, exploring breath-work, experiencing somatics and expanding your comfort zone in sauna cold plunge contrast therapy.
You’ll leave feeling rested, and equipped with practices you can carry into everyday life. Calm, aware, and resilient: ready to meet the demands of daily life with more ease, clarity, and strength.

Hosted at Dovenby Studio & Wellness Space - an exclusive retreat location nestled in Hyde, New Forest, offering the perfect setting to both relax and recharge. Surrounded by nature and designed with care, it’s a space to exhale, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
