Piece Together Counselling
Counselling. Somatic therapy. retreats
Supporting your journey towards self-acceptance, connection and inner peace.
Sometimes, life leaves us feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from ourselves. We may find ourselves repeating familiar patterns, struggling with difficult emotions or sensing that something needs to change, without quite knowing where to begin.
Through counselling, somatic therapy and retreats, I offer a compassionate space to slow down, explore your inner world and reconnect with yourself. My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn't come from fixing who we are, but from learning to understand and accept ourselves more fully.
My Approach
As a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Somatic Therapist, I bring together talking therapy and body-based awareness to support your individual journey.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. Feeling safe, heard and accepted without judgement creates the foundation for meaningful exploration and change. Together, we can begin to understand the patterns, emotions and experiences that shape your life, approaching them with curiosity rather than criticism.
Through somatic therapy, we gently bring awareness to the connection between mind and body, exploring physical sensations, emotions and nervous system responses. Rather than trying to fix or push away what we feel, we learn to listen, make space for our experiences and develop a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
There is no expectation to have everything figured out. You are the expert in your own life; my role is to walk alongside you as you discover greater awareness, understanding and choice. We work at a pace that feels right for you, welcoming all parts of who you are.
A Journey of My Own
My approach has been shaped by my own journey of self-discovery, including time spent in India exploring Eastern philosophy, Buddhism and Tantra. These experiences deepened my connection with myself and sparked a lasting curiosity about human nature, healing and what it means to live authentically.
Returning to the UK, I trained in counselling, continuing to explore the relationship between our inner worlds, our bodies and the ways we connect with others. Alongside my therapeutic work, I have facilitated Japa Mala workshops and created spaces for meaningful conversation and shared reflection.
These experiences continue to inform my work, bringing together psychological understanding, embodied awareness and a deep appreciation for each person's unique path.
How We Can Work Together
Counselling
A supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships and life experiences. Whether you're navigating a difficult time, a life transition or a desire to understand yourself more deeply, counselling offers space to make sense of what's happening and discover new ways forward.
Somatic Therapy
An opportunity to reconnect with your body, tune into sensations and emotions, and gently explore patterns that may be held beyond conscious awareness. Through developing body awareness and a greater sense of safety, you can begin to relate to your experiences with more ease and compassion.
Retreats
Spaces to pause, reconnect and nurture your relationship with yourself and others. Through embodied practices, reflection and shared experiences, retreats and workshops invite you to step away from everyday demands and make room for stillness, connection and discovery.
Your Journey, Your Pace
You might be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, caught in familiar patterns or simply curious to understand yourself on a deeper level. Wherever you find yourself, there is no right or wrong place to begin.
Self-acceptance isn't a destination; it's an ongoing practice of meeting ourselves with honesty, compassion and understanding. Together, we can begin to piece things together, making space for all that you are and helping you move towards a life that feels more connected and authentic.
If something here resonates with you, I invite you to arrange a complimentary introductory session. We can meet, talk about what brings you here and explore whether working together feels right for you.
You don't have to have all the pieces in place to begin.
